I'm Tiffany Reed: REALTOR®, Military Relocation Professional, Army wife and homeschool mom of four.
I've lived those moves: the tight timelines, the BAH questions, the Google searches at midnight trying to figure out which neighborhood fits, how the drive to post works, and whether you're making the right decision from across the country.
Those moves taught me what actually helps when you're buying from far away. Ahead of every tour, I ask for the disclosure the seller filled out, plus any old inspection reports, and I find out how many years the roof, HVAC and water heater have on them. If you can't be here, I take you through the house on video, including the rooms the listing photos skipped.
Whether you need to ask the same question five times or take six months to find the right home, I'm not going anywhere.
When I'm not working with clients, I'm homeschooling my two youngest, cheering on my older kids, spending time with my husband, and building a life here in the city I now proudly call home.
